* The registered and presented papers can be free published in the Conference Proceeding for 5 pages. If the paper exceeds 5 pages, extra pages should be paid at 70USD/page.

* Presenter: Attend the conference and give presentation, submit abstract, without publication.

1) Regular Attendees: Submit abstract and present at the conference, then recommend excellent one to Journal after conference.
2) HKSME Member Attendees: Provide a valid member ID.
3) Student/Committee Attendees: Provide a valid certificate from their departments (only for the first author).
4) Article Processing Charge: APC Fee should be paid by authors who agree to publish who agrees to publish in the journal.
5)Registration Fee Included: Manuscripts presentation, Participation in the technical program, Coffee breaks (23/24/25 January), Lunch (23/24/25 January), Banquet Dinner (23/24/25 January), Name badge, Certificate of Presentation, Conference bag and/or conference accessories.
1. The conference organizers will not refund or pay any compensation in which the non-attendance or withdrawal is due to any personal reasons.
2.The conference organizers cannot accept any responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, strike, government regulations, epidemic and any other events which could not be predicted, controlled, avoided or overcome.
3. The conference organizers reserves the right to change the dates, place and form of the conference due to force majeure.
4. Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference specialist via e-mail, the final decision on refund will be at the discretion of the conference organizers.
a) Registration cancellations are made prior to Dec.25, 2024, 70% of the registration fee will be returned.
b) There are no refunds on meeting registrations, social events and tours for cancellations after Dec.25, 2024 (including Dec.25, 2024).
